I purchased an egg poacher pan at a local big box store. The eggs were much better, but the supposed non-stick surface was anything but non-stick. After scrubbing stuck eggs out of the pan, and trying different techniques to make the cups non-stick before cooking, I decided there had to be a better pan. This is it! Out of fear that I would be scrubbing eggs out of the pan I did use non-stick spray the first time I used the pan. The second time I used the pan, I decided the skip the oil. The eggs were still very easy to get out of the pan. I would recommend this pan to anyone who wants to make their own poached egg sandwiches at home.
