Absolutely wonderful product! Normally when shoveling snow, I last for about 15 minutes before needing to pause, and my back aches horribly. This morning I shoveled about 75% of my driveway in 30 minutes, and now low back-ache!
When I received my Wovel, the packaging was a bit beat up, and there were pieces of plastic broken off of the wheel. I contacted customer service, who handled things wonderfully, and who promptly shipped out a replacement wheel. Because the pieces that were broken may have weakened the wheel but not rendered it completely useless, I went ahead and put things together with the chipped wheel. I'm so very glad I did. With this shovel, I'm no longer have to wait for my children to come dig me out when there is a snow fall; it has given me a small amount of my independence back.
It isn't fun to put together, but I still give the product and customer service 5 stars.
