This is a great product though pricey. Within 10 minutes of unpacking the rake I was scraping more than 2 feet of snow off my screen porch roof. I was concerned about buying a plastic rake but it is sturdy, has mini wheels to protect the roof shingles and is light weight. Just chop 6 inches at a time and it works fine. Don't buy the pole extensions - I used just 4 of the 5 included to reach the roof peak. Simple storage device keeps all the parts together.
