Fantastic job Poulan! Who would think a single stage could do so much! This unit blows away the Toro and Yard machines units that sell for $100 more at Home. This snow thrower has a few bugs to work out. the biggest complaint I have with this machine is that it throws snow back on the operator. it's handle is too high making this snow thrower difficult to handle. on the plus side, it is easy to start thanks to the electric start on it.
There's nothing on the market that pushes through as deep snow as this does with only a single stage. It starts on the first pull every time and never slows down, even though the heaviest wet snow. I filled mine with Royal Purple 10w30 and haven't regretted it. I'm not one to use the factory fill when there are drastically superior synthetics available. My only gripe is the lack of inclusion of a cable for electric starting, but I've yet to even need to try it since it starts on the first pull every single time regardless of the temperature.
